Sal is great. I needed a new outdoor spigot and a PRV. Very responsive when I reached out to him. We nailed things down over text (which I appreciate). Friendly, professional, not pushy or sales-y, just wants to do a good job and reasonably priced. All that together beat out the others I reached out to. On the job it was the same. There was a bit of a snag where replacing the spigot wasn't quite as straightforward as it should have been but only due to my old house. Sal kept it cool, spent the time to figure out the right solution and got it all done. I'll definitely be calling on him again.

Sal, you’re my hero! Thumbs Up saved my laundry room and house from serious serious flooding. Friday around 5:30 PM, the water line to my water heater just exploded, like out of a movie, water spraying everywhere, ceiling, walls, floors, you name it. I couldnt turn the water off because the shut off valve was rusted open so I resorted to running buckets to the sink when I called Thumbs Up. Sal showed up in 15 minutes, parts in hand, stopped the leak, figured out where it was coming from, and installed all new parts, including a shut-off valve that actually works. Tonight could have been so bad, but it wasn't. THANK YOU!!

Eddie was on time to repair my bathroom toilet that had a leak. As he was working he explained clearly to me what the cause of the problem was while he also explained what exactly he was doing to fix the problem. He installed new parts inside the toilet tank, installed a state of the art shut-off valve, making sure there were no leaks! Eddie also showed me how to flush for a short #1 flush and a longer #2 flush! The cost was quite reasonable considering all the work that was done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a super professional plumbing job done by a super professional plumber!
